1. Efficient Deodorization:
   • Our deodorization process combines packed column and tray-type deodorization methods.
   • Specially designed packing and tray systems offer maximum retention time and surface area for effective evaporation.
2. Process Description – Different Stages of Deodorization:
   • Desecration: Removal of air and metal traces from oil.
   • Heating: Gradual heating to remove free fatty acids (FFA).
   • Stripping: Distillation with structured packing for FFA removal.
   • Deodorization: Removal of odor and final traces of FFA.
   • Heat Recoveries / Cooling: Efficient heat recovery during the process.
   • Final Cooling: Cooling the deodorized oil.
   • Fatty Acid Recovery: Collection and recovery of FFA vapors.
   • Polish Filtration: Final filtration process.
